i found the room service menu TOO limited, especially late at night. the selection needs expansion. also, THE breakfast buffet seemed overpriced for its quality. the hot food was often lukewarm and lacked variety.

the staff were very helpful and professional. They cleaned my room and also provided turndown service. i noticed fresh lemonade was available daily and jazz music played on some nights. while rooms are smaller, they had american outlets. This was a plus.
The hotel is beautiful when you enter. The leopard room and conservatory cafe area stand out. i was, though, a bit disappointed to be charged 16 pounds to take my luggage down the next morning. This soured the whole experience a little.

I found the staff very friendly and helpful. My room was clean and quite spacious. I especially enjoyed the complimentary tea and coffee in the room! The bed offered great comfort. I slept soundly each night.
I noticed that some of the furniture was slightly worn. The chair in my room showed some signs of use. A little maintenance would enhance the room's overall appearance.
